We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in Central, Kentucky. The role involves guiding the accounting process, providing accounting expertise, and playing a crucial part in our multiple lines of business. You will be engaged in a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing the monthly closing process to providing insights for growth and development.

The successful candidate will be expected to leverage their skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, Budget Processes, ERP software

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and advanced Excel skills
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in Auditing procedures and practices
• Knowledge of Budget Processe

• Oversee the execution of the monthly closing process for multiple departments on a GAAP basis.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, scrutinize variances, and provide detailed reports.
• Regularly update and maintain cash forecast.
• Collect, interpret, and report financial data to provide a clear view of the financial condition.
• Manage all accounting operations encompassing Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Oversee the creation of new entities and necessary tax accounts.
• Ensure the confidentiality of financial information and plans.
• Understand and cater to the needs of key stakeholders.
• Efficiently manage working capital and cash flow.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls to protect assets.
