Management Resources is seeking a Controller for a contract to hire opportunity in East Texas. The Controller will be expected to manage Controllership functions, oversee the month-end close, and utilize accounting software systems such as NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel.

• Oversee and manage all controllership functions
• Conduct the month-end close process meticulously
• Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets
• Produce internal financial reports regularly
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed
• Use your leadership skills to guide and support the team
• Ensure general accounting practices are followed
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years experience as a Controller
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Familiarity with NetSuite software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of General Accounting principles
• Ability to prepare and analyze Balance Sheets
• Experience in Internal Financial Reporting
• Demonstrated ability in Ad Hoc Reporting
• Strong Leadership Skills
