Description:

We are looking for a Controller to join our client’s team in the Hamilton, New Jersey area. In this role, you will manage and oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also involves providing financial analysis to support decision-making and demonstrating strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for efficient processing and reporting
  • Manage financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and work closely with the team
  • Manage and oversee the audit process and ensure it aligns with the industry standards
  • Utilize Crystal Reports for generating accurate financial reports
  • Oversee the budget processes and ensure they are in line with the organization’s financial goals
  • Leverage experience in accounting to maintain accurate customer credit records
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to financial matters efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proficient in 3M
  • Experienced in using Accounting Software Systems
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
  • Proficient in CRM
  • Experienced in Crystal Reports
  • Capable of managing Accounting Functions
  • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Knowledge in Auditing
  • Experience in Budget Processes
