We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. This role is critical in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the efficient management of our resources in the commercial printing industry. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting and budgeting.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Comply with financial regulations and standards to maintain corporate integrity.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial transparency.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to the executive team for informed decision-making.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Possession of a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position
• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Strong familiarity and experience with Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven track record in Auditing
• Experience in Budget Processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA certification is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
