We are looking for a Controller to join our team based in Garden City, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounting functions, utilizing a variety of software systems, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This role is an essential part of our team, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of our financial services.

• Oversee the implementation of accounting software systems to streamline financial processes
• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports to maintain accurate financial records
• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Oversee the budgeting process, providing critical input on financial planning and business strategy
• Use 3M system for efficient management of accounting functions
• Work with ADP Financial Services for payroll and other financial services
• Ensure all accounting activities align with the established legal standards and company policies
• Generate financial reports and present findings to the senior management team
• Continually assess our financial procedures and policies, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Hold at least 7 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position within financial management
• Proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports
• Demonstrated ability in managing Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Auditing
• Experience in budgeting processes and financial forecasting
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a strong advantage.
