We are on the lookout for a Controller to join our team. This role is based in Irving, Texas, 75063, United States. As a Controller, you will manage our accounting functions and systems, oversee the closing of books, and lead our internal and external audits. Your main duties will include monitoring transactions, preparing income statements, and developing accounting policies and procedures.

• Oversee the general ledger and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage the month-end closing process and reconcile all accounts monthly in a timely manner
• Prepare income statements and monitor entries into the accounting system
• Oversee the completion of activities for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of books, including P& L, G/L review, journal entry review and posting, and consolidation of financials and analysis
• Manage company expense systems and recommend cost-saving processes
• Lead all internal and external audits
• Develop, enhance, and implement accounting policies, procedures and KPIs
• Prepare financial reports in the company ERP system
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and reports and monitor closing processes, billing, invoicing, expenses, reimbursements, and payroll administration
• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of accounting staff
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar capacity
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with CRM systems
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Proven ability in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong background in Auditing
• Demonstrated experience in Budget Processes
• Working knowledge of Acumatica software
• Solid understanding of GAAP Accounting principles
• Experience with General Ledger management and operations
