You are:
- A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a strong understanding of not-for-profit financial management financial management.
- Experienced in not-for-profit governance level reporting and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in financial planning, analysis, and implementing internal controls to support organizational goals.
- Adept at contributing to a positive workplace culture and aligning financial practices with organizational values.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS
- CPA designation required, with proven experience in financial leadership within the not-for-profit sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of not-for-profit accounting standards, governance reporting, and funding compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, government reporting requirements, and audit processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
