You are:

• A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a strong understanding of not-for-profit financial management financial management.
• Experienced in not-for-profit governance level reporting and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in financial planning, analysis, and implementing internal controls to support organizational goals.
• Adept at contributing to a positive workplace culture and aligning financial practices with organizational values.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA designation required, with proven experience in financial leadership within the not-for-profit sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of not-for-profit accounting standards, governance reporting, and funding compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, government reporting requirements, and audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
