POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to manage accounting functions including A/R, A/P, payroll, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with strong communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in a similar accounting role (transportation industry experience preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $100,441.00 - $114,181.00 per year

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Manage A/R, A/P, and payroll functions.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and SOPs.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Use advanced Excel skills to analyze and reconcile financial data.
