Controlling Planning & Reporting Analyst

In this role you will assure reliable and stable reporting and planning processes (Actuals/Outlook/3Y plan) and proper management of P&L/FCF of an OpCo.
You will drive the Planning & Reporting agenda within the Finance team and across the OpCo by being involved in various projects and financial planning & reporting (improvement) projects within.

Wat we vragen

• Master’s degree in Business Economics, Accounting or comparable, RA/RC qualification is preferred
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, reporting & analysis, ideally gained in FMCG or B2B Food sector
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills to contribute to budgeting and strategic financial planning; properly understand financial KPI’s, IAR calculations
• Have a solid understanding of the dynamics of all sales channels, brand teams, Staff costs/SG&A and logistic cost dynamics and what potentially could impact business results
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance for accurate financial reporting, including the total shape of the P&L, BS, and Cash Flow
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Afo/BW, Power BI, HFM/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for efficient data analysis and reporting.
• Full professional proficiency in English

• Lead all financial reporting, planning and compliance processes, including contact lead for FSSC
• Drives initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all financial planning & reporting processes
• Advise MT on aspects impacting P&L and free cashflow and risks and opportunities of external factors that may have significant business impact
• Work closely with the sales- and brand control teams to report in time and in full and with a growth mindset to continuously looking for ways to improve the processes and EBIT & FCF accuracy
• Actively manage financials and insights for a specific area (eg. Staff costs, logistic cost control and/or commercial spend)
• Advise management on various projects and decisions with financial consequences to maximize financial awareness and minimize risks
• Ability to work from London office part of the time
