• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance/Economics or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, and Oracle HFM, coupled with advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to handle complex reporting issues and processes, with a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Continuous Learner: Curious and eager to learn, with a commitment to ongoing growth and development.

As a Controlling & Reporting Analyst, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, driving critical processes and leveraging your analytical skills to provide valuable insights. Here is a glimpse of what you will be responsible for:

• Driving Financial Processes: Lead month-end closing and forecasting activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyzing Financial Data: Dive deep into financial transactions, interpreting and recording information to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensuring Accuracy: Take ownership of key cost components of the P&L and Balance Sheet, ensuring meticulous attention to detail during month-end closing.
• Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to streamline reporting processes, including the development of automated tools and dashboards. The majority of the first few months will be spent bring structure and clarity to cost structures.
• Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the business by providing transparency of costs, its drivers and advising where actions need to be taken.
• Systems Management: Serve as a key user for SAP, HFM, and PowerBI, leveraging your expertise to enhance data-driven insights.

FrieslandCampina Professional & Trading (FCP&T) is a world-class, global leader in dairy and plant-based value-added ingredients and solutions targeted at professional customers such as bakeries, fast food and coffee chains, hotels, restaurants, catering companies as well as industrial food and beverages companies. In this role you are part of the FP&A team of FCP&T and also part of the Global Planning & Reporting team. You are responsible for the monthly controlling, reporting and forecasting processes for operating costs within FCP&T, and developing dashboards to support data driven decision making.
