Provide reporting and controlling expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and risks, and recommending actions to improve financial performance within a global Cybersecurity Function. Support Global Cybersecurity controller and management in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the Function’s performance. You will be part of Global IT Controlling Team and report functionally to Global Cybersecurity Controller.

• Operate the Function cost charging mechanism in cooperation with local units and the Function team.
• Coordinate and ensure timely creation of purchase orders, serves as a key point of contact towards vendors and internal accounting team for possible issue resolution.
• Support financial analysis of global product group (actuals vs budget, estimated spend vs actual spend, key drivers, variances etc.).
• Prepare Month-end journal entries including judgmental transactions. Liaise with business partners to ensure journal accuracy and compliance with policy.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget and forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in your area of responsibility.
• Building, maintaining, and supporting rich and interactive graphical representations of data (reports, dashboards).
• Participate in Monthly operating reviews with Cybersecurity leaders to ensure a proper understanding of P&L and BS activity and identify risks and opportunities.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget and forecasts.
