We are looking for a talented Controls Technician Engine Test to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing improvements to PC-based systems in ATF, including Test Cells, ECM Programming, ETS Stands, Fail-safing processes, and eSBM.
• Participating in the MCR, ER, and Deviation processes.
• Reviewing documents for any impacts that will affect the functionality of production systems.
• Maintaining the fail-safe tracking system and supporting Automation HMI and PLC Systems.
• Installing and supporting Ethernet communication to PC or PLC-based equipment.
• Troubleshooting engine harnesses for Test systems or specifying designs for new product changes.
• Developing and maintaining the eSBM system.
• Actively participating in the Maximo Work Order process.
• Actively supporting New Product build processes.
