• You evaluate the incoming enquiries, qualify them and distribute them amongst the team
• As a specialist for the Asian market, you take care of the Asian market enquiries
• You are responsible for the professional planning of conferences, private events, congresses and group bookings (rooms).
• You facilitate clear and professional communication about processes and procedures of the events with all departments
• You are present with the guests & customers. I.e. house tours, personal meetings and also on the day of the event guests always know that they can contact you and your team
• You are responsible for the contracting and invoicing of events and group bookings.
• You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team
