Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in computational linguistics or software development.
  • Experience building chatbots or voicebots.
  • Experience working with customers, executives, and technical leads.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time, as needed, for client engagements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building chatbots or voicebots with Dialogflow, as well as launching chatbot or voicebot applications.
  • Experience building cloud-based conversational AI solutions.
  • Effective leadership and influencing skills in the application of AI or Machine Learning.
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead virtual agent development engagements with strategic Google Cloud partners and customers, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and addressing deployment needs.
  • Design engaging conversational interfaces for Conversational AI (CCAI).
  • Work with internal specialists, and Product and Software Development teams to package approaches, best practices, and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
  • Interact with Sales teams, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks and issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time for client engagements.
