YOUR CREATIVE FIELD
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Conversion Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Data: Use GA4 to find trends and actionable insights that enhance the customer journey and boost conversions.
- GA4 & GTM Expertise: Configure and manage GA4 and GTM to drive data-based optimization.
- A/B Testing: Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests to improve user experience and conversions.
- Mockups & Journey Evaluation: Create mockups and evaluate every stage of the customer journey for seamless experiences.
- Optimization Opportunities: Identify and prioritize impactful improvements with minimal resources.
- Automate Reporting: Develop automated GA4 reports for smarter, faster insights.
