Are you a driven sales professional with a knack for optimizing conversion rates? We’re seeking a Conversion Sales Manager to develop strategic initiatives, enhance user engagement, and drive growth in our dynamic environment!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales management, ideally in FinTech or subscription-based models;
• Full professional proficiency in English both written and verbal;
• Expertise in conversion optimization and sales funnels from trial to purchase;
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for building customer relationships;
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost conversion from trial to paid membership;
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and improve user journey;
• Analyze user data to optimize sales tactics for higher conversion rates;
• Build relationships with trial users via personalized outreach;
• Suggest pricing models and discounts to drive purchases;
• Stay updated on SaaS and subscription sales trends to improve strategies.
