Conveyancer (Re-Mortgage Team)

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to become a valued member of our expanding conveyancing team. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including office-based, hybrid, and remote options.

The vacancy is in our Residential Conveyancing re-mortgage team. The workload is predominately re-mortgages and transfers of equity, however the specific role is to handle more complex re-mortgage matters, including staircasing (interim and final), Company clients and matters requiring expedition to meet tight deadlines. We encourage all conveyancers to take an active role in business development and to assist with shaping the conveyancing department as a whole and the conveyancing experience for our clients.
