REMOTE WORKING RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to work for a collaborative, supportive firm?
Stride Recruitment are working alongside one of the country’s leading Conveyancing firms, who are seeking experienced Conveyancers to join their team, on a fully remote working basis.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • You will be an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/ILEX/Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner, confident dealing with a broad range of files
  • Able to title check and dealing with technical aspects of the case
  • Confident user of a case management system

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a manageable caseload of sale and purchase files, from inception to completion
  • Checking freehold and leasehold titles, raising enquiries and reporting to clients
  • Dealing with sale enquiries
  • Reviewing searches and mortgage offers and reporting on your findings
  • Exchange and completion formalities
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents throughout the transaction
