Description:

Our well established client are looking to employ a Conveyancing Assistant at our Taunton office, a part-time role would be considered. You will be confident in your ability to work well under pressure, conducting matters in a professional manner, whilst providing a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out all required administrative duties on conveyancing matters
  • Opening files electronically and setting up paper files including conflict & ID checks for client.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage and retrieval of files
  • Liaising with clients and third parties during the course of the file.

Person Specification:

  • The successful candidate will be experienced preferably in this area of law.
  • This role requires a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Able to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external contacts
  • Commitment to providing excellent client care
  • Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
  • Team-focus with a flexible “can do” and collaborative approach to working with others.

This is a full time role 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
