JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Conveyancing Case Handler/ Fee Earner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar role, possess a good understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, ensuring smooth transactions for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail to manage multiple cases effectively.
EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in conveyancing or a related legal field.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
