Jones Whyte Law Ltd are looking for a qualified, hard-working Conveyancing Solicitor to join our thriving Conveyancing team. This position provides a substantial opportunity for you to assume a key role in the firms ongoing success and to share your expertise in support of both individual and collective development. Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Solicitor within our Conveyancing department, you will be managing your own caseload -overseeing purchase, sale, and title transfer transactions from the initial instruction to the final completion stage. You will work closely with the team to expedite cases efficiently, upholding high client service standards. Additionally, you will liaise with our valued clients, understanding their requirements, and managing all cases in line with service level agreements and industry best practices.
You will have 1-1 support with a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal who will assist you in all the administrative aspects of your cases.
You should be client focused, proactive with a positive attitude and a flexible approach along with being a strong team player, capable of displaying a deep understanding of Property Law.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the swift and efficient progression of all conveyancing matters.
  • Managing cases comprehensively from instruction to completion.
  • Engaging with our valued clients to understand their needs and manage cases in adherence to service level agreements and best practices.
  • Prioritising tasks and optimising work procedures for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintaining consistent and transparent communication with clients, colleagues, and external agencies - consistently delivering professional and efficient service.
  • Effectively utilising our case management system.
