Conveyancing Technician

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer with a strong interest in handling the legal aspects of residential conveyancing matters. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including office-based, hybrid, and remote options.

The role is within in our growing conveyancing team and is primarily not client facing. You would be tasked with supporting the conveyancers with title checking, reviewing replies to enquiries, reviewing source of funds, signing off I.D. on riskier matters and assisting with the more complex aspects of residential conveyancing.
The role lends itself to remote working involving no client contact and therefore we are happy to consider candidates who are seeking hybrid or full-time remote working.
