Are you an experienced residential/property lawyer with a passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of legal professionals?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact in our Conveyancing Business by joining our training team and fostering the growth of our staff across multiple locations.
Being part of the training team, you will be at the forefront of developing Property Lawyers across our Conveyancing centres in Hastings, Cardiff and Manchester.
Your mission will be to ensure that our team members, from entry-level to seasoned fee earners, possess the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in all types of residential Conveyancing transactions. This role goes beyond technical training; you will also provide comprehensive training on our case management system, legal protocols, and essential soft skills.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comprehensive Training: Deliver regular and targeted training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and career progression.
- Needs Assessment: Identify training needs across our centres and develop tailored training solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
- Hands-on Support: Provide on-the-job training, case management system tutorials.
- Mentorship: Serve as an inspirational role model, coach, and support to the Training Team and all staff members.
- Policy Implementation: Brief and guide groups of lawyers on company policies, legal updates, and best practices.
- Onboarding Excellence: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Regulation: Regulated by the SRA, CLC, or CILEx (desirable but not essential).
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in conveyancing with a strong grasp of AML regulations.
- Inspirational Proven ability to inspire, train, and coach others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication: Ability to succinctly summarise legal issues and provide practical, confident advice.
- Mentorship Experience: Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing professionals.
- System Proficiency: Strong skills in case management systems and legal processes.
