Role: Conveyancing Operations and Training Manager
Location: Sheffield - Hybrid
Salary:£50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

I’m delighted to be working exclusively with a growing legal practice in Sheffield to recruit for a Conveyancing Operations and Training Manager. This is an exciting and pivotal role, offering the chance to make a real impact within an ambitious and forward-thinking firm.
About the Role
This role has two primary focuses: ensuring the smooth running of the firm’s conveyancing operations and delivering tailored training and development for the team. You’ll be tasked with driving performance, enhancing compliance, and supporting the firm’s strategic growth plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Management: Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the conveyancing department to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service.
  • Training & Development: Designing and implementing training programs to develop team members at all levels, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Team Leadership: Providing support, guidance, and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Process Improvement: Reviewing and refining operational workflows, ensuring the department remains agile and scalable to meet future demand.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies across all aspects of conveyancing.
