Work with and support Head, COO Asia Business Management in the execution of the COO mandate to support the Bank’s growth strategy by providing reliable, scalable and efficient services to BJB Singapore and Hong Kong Branches daily operations, including the development of bank-wide infrastructure, enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting branch related initiatives.

PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics or equivalent and with up to 5 years of working experience (private banking/wealth management, in-house or external consulting preferred)
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen and the ability to understand and contribute to business cases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (incl. Excel)
  • Ability to conduct analysis using Python, Tableau and/or PowerBI preferred
  • Ability to synthesize data coherently with strong presentation skills (incl. Powerpoint)
  • Confidential handling of proprietary and sensitive information
