• Project Planning and Construction Management: Implement robust project management practices to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project expenses and implement cost control measures.
• Quality Assurance, Control and Risk Management: Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Management and Technical Documentation and Reporting: Accurate and comprehensive technical documentation (design specifications, construction plans, project reports etc)
• Health and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices. * Develop and implement health and safety plans to safeguard workers, stakeholders, and the public
• Manage budgets to align with goals of business
