Job Title: Chief Operations Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the overall operation of the company, including our substance abuse treatment center and mental health outpatient clinic, providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our patients. The Operations Manager will be responsible for business development, process improvement, expanding operations, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the overall operation of the company
• Oversee the overall operations of the treatment center and clinic
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion
• Improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of care
• Expand operations to include additional services, such as counseling, therapy, and support groups
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness and attract new patients
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans and goals
• Manage and lead a team of professionals, including licensed therapists, counselors, and support staff
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Counselor)
• CASAC certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
• Proven track record of success in business development, process improvement, and marketing
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with OMH or OASAS regulations and guidelines
