ABOUT THE ROLE
We are creating a new D2C product in the LegalTech/InfoTech category and we are looking for a COO who can take care of day-to-day operations, execution, and building a world-class team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Steer the company’s strategic growth, collaborating closely with both the Founder and the Board to drive business expansion and progress.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability while optimizing operational expenses.
- Refine and redefine the company strategy in alignment with changing market trends and emerging opportunities.
- Lead by example, setting the tone for a dynamic and dedicated team to strive for success.
- Make data-driven decisions and oversee the development of key performance metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, CAC/LTV, onboarding conversion rate, ARPU, and user retention.
