Salary range: £29,763 - £31,074 p.a. inc. London weighting
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Gordon Brown Education Centre and other locations from time to time

THE PERSON

We are looking for a flexible person who is able to deliver a high-quality service, able to work some evenings and weekends with the:

• Ability to lead the day-to-day management of the Centre’s kitchen and catering operations.
• Ability to direct and supervise kitchen and domestic staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and catering.
• Ability to direct teams and work under minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate effectively with children and young people, parents and teaching staff.
• Ability to maintain detailed records, compliant with food hygiene regulations.
• Ability to maintain records of food used and quantities needed for varying numbers of persons.
• Ability to maintain kitchen and other working areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
