DESCRIPTION
Under the general supervision of the chef, prepares and cooks food for patients, staff and visitors. Responsible for maintaining production and related areas in a clean and sanitary manner in accordance with all local, state and federal regulating agencies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year experience in quantity food preparation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Coursework/Training: Graduation from an armed forces service cooks and bakers program or a community college quantity food production course.
- Food service experience in a hospital or restaurant setting.
