REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Coursework/Training: Training in institutional food preparation.
  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire.
  • California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
  • 1 year of Cooking experience in large scale or institutional food service.
