Cook - Epicurean (Full-time)

We are looking for a full-time cook to join our diverse team at Epicurean that has well-rounded knowledge of North and South Indian Cuisine.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• The Cook is accountable for the delivery of the highest level of service
• Food presentation, including quality of product
• Hygiene in accordance with Crown’s vision, standards and objectives

To be successful you’ll bring the following:

• Notable experience working as a cook in a fine-dining setting or hotel - specifically with Indian Cuisine
• Ability to use a tandoor oven
• Maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
• Thorough knowledge of HACCP
• A visa which allows you to work in Australia

We require all full-time employees to be flexible and work across a 7-day rotating roster. Due to this, we are not able to consider student visa holders for this position.
