As a Cook, you will be able to create dishes according to the chef’s instructions and set up stations for the menu. You’ll be a big part of making customers happy and helping us reach our goals. What you’ll do

This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables; butchering meat; or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Report and follow the executive chef or sous chefs’ instructions.
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner
  • Assist in the setup and organisation of the kitchen workstations.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to food safety standards.
