We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook in Charge to join our team at Tir Einon Respite Care Home, we support respite stays for adults with learning disabilities and you would be expected to produce quality, nutritious meals for the individuals we support. No day is ever the same at Tir Einon and if you would enjoy putting a smile onto the face of one of the people who use our service with a delicious meal or cake , this is the job for you!
Duties will also include;
Supervising and supporting the current cook under the guidance of the Care Home Manager and support from the Catering Services Manager to produce specialist food for adults with Learning Disabilities. You will produce seasonal menus and cater to the different individual needs of people who come to stay in our Respite care home.
You will organise work rotas and allocate staff duties and maintain management information systems and undertake all clerical duties including order of supplies and stock control.

Welsh language level - Verbal:
