ABOUT THE POSITION

Our F&B operation located at the V Wall Pavilion is looking for a new cook to join the team! As a cook, you will be reporting and working with the Chef, ensuring all guests receive the best culinary experience

• Preparing great meals for our customers
• Ensure the kitchen is stocked with produce required to provide a full catering service and that wastage is maintained at a minimum
• Maintain food safety policies
• Working well under pressure and within the time limit
• Ensuring that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned
• Helping to provide a great work environment for the team
