Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supporting the Chef Manager with kitchen compliance, production & delivery of high-quality meals and supporting the catering team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for the daily cooking, in line with our site Food Safety Plan.
- Your key responsibilities will include the preparation of food for our residents.
- You will deliver the highest standard of client food services and ensure competency certification of all tasks undertaken.
- You will be switched on to observe and follow correct food handling policies and procedures as documented in Food Safety Program.
- You will complete all relevant monitoring documentation in regards to food safety.
