Food by WHSmith currently operates over twenty cafés in NSW, QLD, VIC and SA, providing food and beverages to hospital employees, patients and the general public. Our cafes are located in some of the busiest hospitals in the country, and we are growing rapidly. As a Cook, you’ll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a full time position.

You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Pre-service kitchen preparation
• Preparation of all ingredients and menu items
• Maintaining food safety, WHS and HACCAP standards
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen is always a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Assume some responsibility of all kitchen duties, ordering and compliance.

Please note, our cafe is located within Wollongong Hospital. This is a fulltime position, Monday - Friday (6:30am - 2:30pm).
