This ambitious strategy requires our farmer owners and business to work closer together than ever before, and this job opening is a unique opportunity to be part of Arla’s Cooperative Processes team that leads the strategic interface between the business and our farmer owners.
As a cooperative, all 8,000 farmer owners of Arla have the opportunity to influence decisions. Arla’s democratic structure gives decision-making authority to the Board of Directors and to the Board of Representatives. Corporate governance in Arla is shared between the Executive Management Team, the Board of Directors, and the Board of Representatives, who together define the company’s strategic direction and ensure adherence thereof.
