Reduction of FTQ and Scrap related to poor operating practices.
Maintain effective communication with the staff under your charge, as well as with the support departments, production team leader and department manager if necessary.
Collaborate in the solution of safety, quality, cost and volume problems in the area.
Active participation in the development of your staff in charge, training programs, continuous improvement systems, etc.
Control of salary increases for the staff in charge.
Administration of staff in charge (Payroll, Head Count, certifications, shift changes, bonuses)
Promote a culture of order and cleanliness in the area.
Maintain first discipline standards together with the staff in charge.
Control of the monthly budget of the area.
Carry out daily operation planning to comply with the production plan.
Monitor the performance of the production lines in charge hour by hour.
Manage the efficiency of production areas, carry out improvement projects and activities to meet efficiency indicators.
Reduction of overtime in the production department.
