Responsibilities:

  • Manage the timely reporting of projects, including designing and maintaining a suite of KPI’s to enable the Executive to measure project performance across the business.
  • Management, organisation and administration of project governance meetings, including Transformation Steering Group and Stage Gate.
  • Support the PMO Manager to improve the processes and templates within the Project Management Framework, to support more effective and efficient project management, delivery and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively across the business, with Project Managers in particular, to ensure timely and robust reporting and coordination of projects through the Project Management Framework.
  • Management of the Portal / Workfront, ensuring all processes and templates within the Project Management Framework are up to date and accessible.
  • Management and maintenance of the Project Library, working with the project managers to ensure it is being used effectively and efficiently and all project data is up to date and accessible.
  • Maintain the company wide project portfolio, assessing the impact of change across the business and undertaking resource planning and tracking to support efficient and successful delivery of projects.
  • Owns the stakeholder and communications processes and templates within the Project Management Framework and ensures they are consistently applied by working collaboratively with project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Line Management of the Project Administrator.
