YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

We are actively seeking applications from dedicated and passionate individuals who possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience working in assessment administration or program operations in an educational environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and data literacy skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve challenging situations
  • Previous hands on experience with Moodle or other LMS platforms is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive work culture including the willingness to work with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Customer service focused

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Academic Administration and Quality, the Academic Coordinator is responsible for the daily delivery of the academic lifecycle which encompasses setting academic calendars through to the uploading of examination papers and the release of final results.
The Academic Coordinator works closely with colleagues in English, Foundation Year and Diplomas and liaises with our offshore partners to support program quality and compliance; drive innovation and continuous improvement and undertake resulting and reporting.
