JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team!
If you are passionate about a career in shopper marketing, developing client relationships, and executing projects, this might be the role for you!

QUALIFICATIONS

This role reports to the Account Manager but will work closely with the entire account team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following duties:

  • Project management:
  • creating workback schedules
  • managing timelines and budgets
  • setting up internal and client meetings
  • Manage internal and client communication and requests
  • Manage internal systems, including new program set up and reporting
  • Support with project resource planning and follow up requests
  • Provide weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reporting and reviews
  • Writing design and production briefs
  • Attend client meetings or team activities outside the office and/or on occasion, regular business hours

This is an entry level role in an agency environment. This role is currently in a hybrid work environment with 2 days at the Toronto office in Liberty Village.
Salary starting at $50,000
