Description:
Position Title: Coordinator
Department: Client Services
Based in: Camden, Hawley Crescent
Working Conditions: Hybrid - 3 days in office (Mon/Tues/Weds)
Responsibilities:
- To support on City of Manchester client account and on-the-ground support for the Client Services, Event and Production teams for the 2024 MTV EMAs
- Support Client Services team on client administrative support across project, from scheduling and minuting meetings to managing status reports and comms
- Support Client Services and Event teams on the ground during MTV Music Week and MTV EMA events, from event and show running to sponsorship integration support
- Supporting Client Services team in tracking and collating City integrations across MTV EMA project, from channel promotion to city branding and PR coverage
- Support Client Services team in preparing debrief document for city, including collation and formatting of results and references across project lifecycle
Sponsorship Delivery and Post-Campaign Support
- Support in the production of international sponsorship deliverables across portfolio (incl. MTV, Nick, CC), working with CS Director and Production to help brief creative requirements
- Work with international Legal teams to ensure sponsorships are compliant with local market guidelines and maintain team documents with latest legal guidelines on an on-going basis
- Support CS Director in communications with international markets to book the sponsorships and ensure a smooth delivery of campaigns across territories
- Collate sponsorship results with regions and work with Media Planning teams to compile post-campaign reports
- Maintain internal sponsorship process and delivery documents remain updated and be a point of contact for case study requests for sales teams around the world
- Tentpole Events: internal comms and stakeholder support for asset delivery, i.e shows, promos, marketing assets
- Social Campaign and Marketing Asset Delivery and Support:
- Coordinating deliveries of international marketing & social campaign deliveries, including Movie trailer and campaign launches and branded content and tentpole sponsorships
- Support in briefing, producing and delivering social media campaign assets to internal stakeholders
- If applicable, work with international Legal teams to ensure social content is compliant with local market guidelines, and maintain team documents with latest social guidelines
- Monitor social posts and campaigns once they launch and capture direct links to live posts, screen-capture all activity to share for post-campaign reporting
