Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Coordinator is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Clinic Directors Management staff as requested.

WHAT YOU€™LL DO HERE

  • Respond to various requests from the team’s e-mail inbox.
  • Quality control of the various stages of timetable creation and production.Â
  • Collaborate with study managers to plan and modify schedulesÂ
  • Modify employee schedules as needed
  • Communicate with clinical staff and study managers
  • Manage the planning of study-specific and mandatory training courses.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the training team and the staffing team for the training of newly hired employees.
  • Assists in the compilation and input of data for tracking/metrics purposes
  • Storage and archiving of study related documentation and controlled forms
  • Prepare documents for training
  • Maintain pertinent databases with up to date information (e.g.: antigen testing for employees, SharePoint for PCR appointments)
  • Assist study participants with coordinating visit schedules
