POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Digital and Consumer Marketing as well as the Senior Director of Brand and Consumer Marketing to implement our brand and consumer marketing strategy, build and track the success of email and ad campaigns, and support various other marketing initiatives. This role is instrumental in helping drive fan engagement, ticket sales, merchandise sales, and overall brand awareness for both the Tiger-Cats and Forge FC.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for sports, media, and marketing
  • Proficient using email marketing tools
  • Proficiency with WordPress and experience building webpages.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of the Canadian sports landscape, particularly the CFL and Canadian Premier League is an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing basics
  • Collaborative

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work event-based schedule that includes nights, weekends, and extended hours
