Description:

Requisition Number: COORD001781
Type: Internal & External – Full-Time (Temporary until March 21st, 2025)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: $54,000 annually, plus a competitive leave and benefits package after an initial disqualification period.
Program & Location: Hybrid position - Vancouver Gastown
Deadline: By noon Tuesday, November 12th, 2024

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in People and Culture, HRIS administration and data management is an asset
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and reporting tools is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of general People and Culture principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • All positions are subject to a Criminal Records Review (Submitted by Atira)
