Energy Procurement is a core necessity across deregulated energy markets. We are looking for an individual with analytical rigor and strategic thinking to play a key role in supporting clients and business partners through business optimization, financial analysis, and reporting.
Our energy procurement team is expanding and looking to add an Energy Procurement Coordinator, this is a great time to join a fast growing team!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Advanced Skills is Microsoft Suite (e.g. Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Tableau, and Salesforce
  • Proven experience of achieving goals both as an individual and with a team.
  • Demonstrate strong organization and communication (written and verbal, internal and external) skills coupled with a team-oriented, positive approach
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize goals, and be detail oriented
  • Self-starter
  • This can be a fully remote position with travel of 20% - 30%.

Responsibilities:

  • Support energy procurement-related deliverables i.e., sourcing supplier pricing, and development/structuring of proposals.
  • Collaboration with Business Development to create Budgetary Proposals and Financial Modeling Support to aid new business, upsell opportunities and deliver value to existing customers.
  • Determining client blended rates for efficiency solutions proposals, and calculating ROI analysis
  • Client Analytics
  • Energy Market Research/Education/Analytics
  • Updating CRM system(s) for client opportunities, and agreements
  • Energy Procurement database support and maintenance
  • Maintaining Trade Partner relationships with energy suppliers
  • Efficiency Finance Support
  • Other related duties, as assigned
