Overview:
The Coordinator for Executive Strategies and System Board Governance is responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support to Novant Health’s Senior Director of Executive Strategies and System Board Governance and providing support to the Executive Team, and the Board, including organizing all Executive Team meetings and retreats, as well as board and committee meetings. Key qualifications for this role include a proactive approach, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, multi-tasking environment. Candidates must be capable of working under pressure, responding calmly and effectively to challenges, and demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player, demonstrating self-direction and proficient computer literacy. Professional appearance, conduct, and discretion are essential at all times.

Qualifications:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment required. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: CPCS, preferred.
- Additional Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy and ableto maintain confidentiality at all times. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, includingproficiency in grammar and spelling.
- Candidates must have extensive skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Adaptability is crucial, as the individual must be able to adjust to changing priorities and demonstrate excellent organizational andfollow-through skills.
- Superb people skills are a key requirement, as the candidate will need to interact effectively with individuals from diverse culturesand varying levels of authority. Strong attention to detail, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to take initiative are alsonecessary.
- Additionally, candidates must be willing and able to work additional hours as required and travel as needed, approximately 5-10percent of the time. The ability to drive and travel to multiple locations and facilities as needed is also a requirement
