JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be an effective written and verbal communicator

- Some experience using Excel, Google Docs, and any event management software
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Candidate should have some experience in production or creative services
- Experience within the event or sports industry is an asset
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, event planning, business, sports administration, or other related disciplines is an asset

Responsibilities:
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary focus of this entry-level position is the coordination of game production for both Forge FC and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats related to event execution plans for all HSG events at Tim Hortons Field. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing production and creative support for all other departments in the Hamilton Sports Group. The person in this role should have strong organizational skills, some event planning experience, a strong work ethic, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a positive attitude is a must. Work hours will include some evenings and weekends depending on home games and scheduled events throughout the season.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Act as Field Producer during all Hamilton Tiger-Cats home games and Forge FC home matches. (Transition to Show-Caller for Forge once adequate experience in gained)
- Manage planning documents such as timing sheets, inventory trackers and content schedules.
- Assist with content for both teams including but not limited to video, graphic design and animation
- Identify and secure any necessary third-party entertainment.
- Work with Corporate Partnership department to execute all sold in-game inventory.
- Work alongside all other departments to support their in-game initiatives.
- Support Creative Services Team in the creation of all game day content for Tiger-Cats and Forge FC.
- Act as primary point of contact for all game day production staff.
- Assist in the development of logistical plans for non-game related events such as Community, Season Ticket Holder and Fan Festival events.
- Responsible for the execution of all team related events.
- Assist at various Community events as needed.
