This purpose of this role is to support the operational leadership teams on site with the successful delivery of training initiatives. Ensure training strategies and development paths are being followed by Barminco employees and continuously improve onsite training and compliances. This is a site based role on an 14:14 roster.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience (underground mining experience desirable)
• WHS cert IV or above
• Training and Assessing - Certificate IV
• Underground operational knowledge
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
